Hipnosis Bellydance Troupe

The Hipnosis Bellydance Troupe is a group of talented dancers who are trained in a variety of Middle Eastern dance styles. Omana is the group director and choreographer.

The ten member Hipnosis troupe ranges in age from 15-45. Each dancer brings her own special talents to the group.

Each year, the Hipnosis Dance Troupe creates one major production that showcases the talents of the some of the most advanced Middle Eastern dancers in Northern B.C. Any dancer from Northern B.C. is invited to audition for the show. If you would like to audition, please contact Omana. All DVD or youtube auditions must be received before November 20th.

This year's show is called "Behind the Veil." Sami Townsend has written a play for this production. Actors will take the stage in between the dance numbers. The play will weave all of the dances together into a captivating story. This may just be our most spectacular show yet!
